Telehealth Counselling

Currently solely Telehealth counselling sessions are offered, via phone or online video platforms.

This provides flexibility to work with both local and international clients, from the comfort of your own home, in your lunch break, or perhaps outdoors.

I am confident in supporting individuals in addressing mental health issues such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Phobias and Post Natal Depression, as well as other issues including eating disorders, drug and alcohol addiction, gambling, burnout, personality disorders, grief and loss, anger issues, role transitions, performance issues, work problems, relationship issues, gender and identity issues, fertility issues, illness, and chronic pain. I enjoy working with neurotypical and neurodiverse individuals, people from all nationalities and religious backgrounds, individuals from out of home care, people from refugee and asylum seeker backgrounds, LGBTQI+ individuals and veterans.

I work holistically with individuals, their treating team, family members, partners and significant others.

“You don’t have to control your thoughts, you just have to stop letting them control you.”

— Dan Millman

I recognise the uniqueness of each individual and operate using an eclectic approach, tailored to cater to each person’s needs.

I mainly utilise Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Inter-Personal Therapy (IPT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, Polyvagal Theory Techniques, Mindfulness Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Motivational Interviewing techniques. My sessions are conversational, as I utilise psycho-dynamic approaches, with a focus on how individuals emotions, motivations, life experiences and attachments styles impact on their wellbeing, suffering and symptoms.
