About

I am an AHPRA Registered Psychologist, with broad experience in working with adults and adolescents with complex mental health needs.

A graduate of Sydney University, I have been working in the industry since 2008, across a range of government, non-government and private settings. My background is in working with marginalised communities, such as individuals dealing with homelessness and incarceration. I am experienced in working  in the education and development sector in Primary and High Schools.

I specialise in provision of client led, strengths based, trauma informed therapy. My goal is to empower my clients, and for them to have the best possible relationship with themselves and others in their life, and for them to engage meaningfully in the world around them.

“Your present circumstances don't determine where you can go; they merely determine where you start.”

My Values

Connection

I believe a genuine connection between client and therapist is vital for treatment. We need to trust, feel safe and attuned, to heal and make changes. It is a privilege for me to be part of your journey.

Awareness

Awareness if the first step towards change. We can then use our values to shape how we would like to connect, respond, develop our relationships and build our future.

Compassion

I believe a genuine connection between client and therapist is vital for treatment. We need to trust, feel safe and attuned, to heal and make changes. It is a privilege for me to be part of your journey.

Empowerment

I believe in developing individuals sense of self-worth, agency and confidence, so they can best guide their own decision making, in line with their values.
